You agree to notify Cleaneet immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis and PayAsYouGo basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Service in accordance with the payment terms in effect at the time you place your order. Cleaneet reserves the right to change its fees at any time, upon notice.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of the subscription.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CLEANEET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR SECURE.
7. Limitation of Liability
CLEANEET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and the Service are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or Service without our written consent.
9. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to you. You may also terminate your access to the Service at any time.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cleaneet regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
